“WE TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT US.”
ABOUT ME…
As a young girl, I wrote essays and poetry, creating stories that took me on imaginary journeys. As an adult, I have been privileged to have traveled the world, learning about diverse cultures and meeting influential people. My greatest strengths lie in helping others achieve their fullest potential, particularly artists and individuals struggling with addiction, social anxiety, and Asperger’s Syndrome.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in addiction and have hands-on experience working with addicts and their families. I have been instrumental in guiding artists in their career decisions and have served as a health advisor to many. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on industrial organizational psychology, integrating knowledge of human behavior in the workplace. I split my time between the East Coast and California for both residence and work.
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
"I have dedicated my life to helping others, yet I have faced profound moments of self-doubt. Through mindfulness, faith, and perseverance, I’ve learned to navigate these tough times. Our journey isn't about reaching a destination, but about the nourishment we gain along the way. Embracing challenges with courage, resilience, and conviction is key. Every day offers a fresh opportunity for hope and strength."

Inspirational Figure- Dr. Maya Angelou
I had the pleasure of spending time with Dr. Maya Angelou, and on one occasion she was mentoring me regarding a musical/lyric collaboration. While Dr. Angelou was tough, she also had a kindness that had a profound effect on me. I sat one evening in her NYC home, and as she read her poetry out loud, it left me with a sense of awe and inspiration. Dr. Angelou’s hardships in life were also expressed that evening - her positive attitude filled with gratitude, and her unyielding strength as to what it took to rise above adversity were equally influential.
Dr. Angelou also mentored my son Dylan in her North Carolina home. She left a lifelong impression on the both of us that weekend.
